I'm a counselor who is passionate about helping individuals experience growth and healing through life challenges. Using interpersonal connection, I help clients explore what beliefs and behaviors are no longer effective in their lives and find the courage to transform these. We will collaborate thru talking, writing, art and relationship to help you address childhood and adult experiences that may contribute to depression, anxiety and trauma.
